THE DAISY THAT I PICKED

You might think my favorite daisy

                                would be

                        this sweet flower

that is growing right outside my bedroom

                     window

Or this wonderful 1947 oil painting

Well, none of these daisies

         touch my heart

              as much as

        the one and only

             DAISY

    Our sweet loving Daisy

is loosing her battle with cancer

             We rescued

       This amazing  dog

        When she was 2

She has been such a loyal friend

      and loving member

         Of our family

She is now 15 and 1/2

     She will be missed

And the entire Payne  family

I know a lot of you out there have experienced such a loss. Daisy played such an important role for me when I lost both my parents.  She was my healing force. My pain is great but my love for her will always be greater.

My heart aches for you as I know the pain of losing a beloved pet. My thoughts are with you and Daisy at this difficult time.

Gale.....Yes, most of us have been there....such a hard sad time. It always gives me comfort that my little fur babies will be with me again some day. I try to hang on to that.~Hugs, Patti

I'm so sorry Gale. Daisy is such a doll and I know you love her. It is so hard to lose our sweet ones. We lost two in one year (old age) and it is a sad thing. I wish all the Payne family well during this time.

Oh my sweet Gale! I am so sorry that you are faced with this. We had a sweet dog that we had the same experience with. Just know that you gave Daisy a great life and lots of love. When its her time she'll be running full throttle and pain free in Heaven. And as for the invite to Cali.... Oh someday my friend. That is on the to do list for sure.

Hugs my friend,

Shelley

Gale dear, I'm so glad you came by, I've missed you!! And I can so sympathize with you and your sweet friend. One of the hardest things I ever had to do was let one of my little sweeties go. They become one of our family. So glad you were able to have so many good years with her.
I imagine you're having a busy summer! Come visit more often.
xo,
Debra

I'm so sorry. What a treasure she was, I know. We lost Charley to cancer the end of January. I still miss him terribly.
