Love is Just Around the Corner

Good evening friends….Well, we’re set.  Matilda’s looks absolutely fantastic!  There’s definitely love in the air!!

It’ll be light rain tomorrow, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying a real treat!  Everyone at the barn  has been working extended hours to bring you, our customers, the very best treasures  for you home, or perhaps a gift for that special someone on Valentine’s day. 

Matilda’s Mouse Antiques will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 to 5 daily…Hope to see you there!!

Hi friends, yes, there’s Love in the air at Matilda’s Mouse ! Everywhere you  look there are signs of’ romance, garden, love and Valentine’s Day in an !Oh! so yummy way!

If you’re looking for Primitive, French, European, Shabby, Gustavian, we’ve got it all and so much more!! 

Matilda’s “On the Wings of Love” Valentine event is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 5 daily.  It’s going to be such an over-the-top event, I hope you can make it at least one of the days ( we have a lot of customers who come back more than one day!) See you there!

Love is in the Air!

Hi friends!  Only one more week until Matilda’s first show of the year, “On the Wings of Love”  .

Now that the holidays are over and we’ve all started putting our homes back together, do you have “empty “spaces like I do?   Do you  decorate for Valentine’s Day?  Well,  all  the gals at the barn are putting together an amazing event with the most fabulous new merchandise.  There are Victorian Parlor sets full of chippy LOVE.  How about a grand ol’ vintage cherub fountain or a wonderful  vintage bronze cherub statue?  There’s  architectural elements that are so hard to find… everything from doors, shutters, columns, windows , and corbels…you name it,  it’s probably here!

All this, and so much more will be at Matilda’s this next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Jan 25,26,27.  Come fill your “empties” with  amazing finds we have acquired  with “LOVE” for your home!

welcome 2013!!

Hi everyone!  I hope your Christmas and New Years celebrations were full  of love and joy  from family and friends! We are full of anticipation for a wonderful 2013!!

The gals at Matilda’s have enjoyed a well needed break.  I was at  the barn yesterday and things are starting to gear up for our next event, our Valentine’s show, “ON THE WINGS OF LOVE”.

There will be so many new items for this show!  Lots of new furniture, architect -ural, Primitive, French, Victorian, garden, one of a kind finds, statuary, romantic elements…we’ll have it all.  Save the date Jan 25,26,27 from 10-5 daily. Hope to see you then!!
